There is a useful Note in the current docs (Upgrade and Install), but does not make much sense as is with the SP1 changes:

Current:

Starting with RHEL 8.4, only one Advanced Virtualization stream is used, rhel:av.

Proposed change, add to the above say something about the switch to virt:rhel as well in RHEL 8.6/SP1.

With SP1 and the switch to RHEL 8.6, virt:rhel will be the single stream.

Here is what is in the updated note: 

Note : Starting with {enterprise-linux-shortname} 8.6 the Advanced virtualization packages will use the standard virt:rhel module. For {enterprise-linux-shortname} 8.4 and 8.5, only one Advanced Virtualization stream is used, rhel:av.
