Description of problem:

The podman upstream repo has a podman.spec.rpkg for automatic copr builds at: 
https://github.com/containers/podman/blob/main/podman.spec.rpkg

While `rpkg local` works fine with this spec file on f35, but on rawhide it emits a warning:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. clone the podman repo on rawhide
2. run `rpkg local`

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle.
Changing version to 37.
