Description of problem: Sink resources dropdown is not persisted in form YAML switcher in event source creation form

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install OpenShift Serverless
2. Create a `k8s svc` or `ksvc` that will serve as a sink to the event source
3. Select Add / Eventing / EventSource / PingSource
4. Select the sink created in step 2
5. Switch to YAML view and back to form view

Actual results: Sink Resource dropdown is not selected


Expected results: Sink Resource dropdown should be selected
