Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
We need to make it obvious that the LVMCluster CR is a mandatory CR for a working LVM Operator storage. Nithya said that this is a small change to mark this CRD as mandatory - same way we do for the StorageCluster in ODF.

2. Look at the installed Operator via the Web UI


Actual results:
There should be a message telling me to create a LVMCluster CR

Expected results:
No message appears

This has been fixed along with https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2090314
