When hovering over the storage domain name field with red border, a warning tooltip of "name is already used..." should appear as shown in screenshot: attachment 1878966 [details]

You have to have two data centers 2. Try to add storage domain to the second data center with the same name as already existing in the first data center 3. No error message, just red border Actual results: See the picture Expected results: Some warning about the already existing name
