Patch fixing tmp file usage none

Description Steve Grubb 2006-09-28 15:37:08 UTC
Description of problem:
sysstat is creating a file in the /tmp directory that is very predictable, which
is publicly writable. It would be better for it to create its status file in the
/var/run directory to aleviate any security concerns.
