Description of problem:
The upgrade to is halted due to a missing selinux-policy-targeted-36.8-1.fc36.noarch.rpm package with a 404 error message.  This is on a freshly installed system of Fedora 35.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
36.8-1

How reproducible:
Install Fedora 35

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora 35
2. Open the Software application
3. Click the Updates tab
4. Click Download

Actual results:
Unable to upgrade to Fedora Linux 36:
Cannot download Packages/s/selinux-policy-targeted-36.8-1.fc36.noarch.rpm:
All mirrors were tried; Last error: Status code: 404 for http://mirror.fcix.net/fedora/linux/releases/36/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/s/selinux-policy-targeted-36.8-1.fc36.noarch.rpm (IP: 23.152.160.16)

Expected results:
Completed download of all the upgrade packages for Fedora Linux 36

This does not seem to be a problem with selinux-policy, more like delayed mirroring.

Kamile, are you aware of this problem?

I took the initiative and submitted an update. If it can get +1 I will do stable compose for f36 so it gets to updates repo today.
