detach disk

Description of problem:
Add a disk and start the VM, after stop the VM, detach the disk, the disk is not actually removed in the disk tab, detach it again, the console is crashed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a disk to a VM and start the VM
2. Stop the VM and detach the disk, disk is not detached
3. Detach the disk again

Now the flow seems to be different.

If the VM is stopped, the disk gets deleted instantly clicking on 'detach'
If the VM is running, the disk gets marked as 'Hotplug' and the button 'detach' gets disabled
