No matching package to install: 'python3dist(sphinx-rtd-theme) >= 1.2.2'

Considering the issues with bundled and precompiled JS and CSS and other guidelines issues in Sphinx-generated HTML, as discussed in bug 2006555 and linked mailing-list threads, why not just drop the -doc subpackage?

Or, if you would like to build as a PDF instead, that’s usually possible (and would allow you to drop the sphinx-rtd-theme dependency entirely). I can give it a try and offer a PR if you’d prefer that approach to dropping the documentation.
