After dist-upgrading my Fedora 35 with Sagemath installed, to Fedora 36 the upgrade itself went smoothly, but those conflicts appeared once on the newly upgraded system I ran `dnf update --refresh`:

Here is an update that fixes the issue: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-ef3b8aaa03.  It hasn't been pushed to the testing repository yet, but should be soon.

Also, you should be aware that I am giving these packages only minimal maintenance, and will stop maintaining them altogether sometime this fall.
