Helper text in the dark mode not visible enough

Description of problem:
When we choose the Cloud Init section and the form view selected, the helper text of the password and the hostname not visible enough.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Virtualization Catalog.
2.Create and customize new vm.
3.Go to the Scripts tab.
4.In the Cloud Init section the helper text not visible enough.

Actual results:


Expected results:
The helper text needs to be more visible.

Fixed by a design change, the form now looks differently and the problematic coloring are not displayed anymore

moving to on qe for verification
