Template parameters titles- Dark mode

Description of problem:
Can't be seen the titles of the accordion in Template parameters enough.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Templates, choose one VM Template.
2.Go to Parameters tab.
3.Look the titles of the accordion.

Actual results:


Expected results:
The titles should be more visible.
