Description of problem:

In start pipeline modal, Git Revision field is marked as required field for pipeline created via add flow.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a pipeline via Add flow
2.Start the pipeline from list page


Actual results:

GIT Revision field is marked as required field and doesn't let user submit the form.

Expected results:

GIT Revision field should not be a required field
