Description of problem:
Unable to create service binding using drag and drop functionality

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. follow https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.9/applications/connecting_applications_to_services/getting-started-with-service-binding.html
2. drag the handle from deployment workload and drop it on the bindable service

Actual results:
error is displayed on the console

Expected results:
service binding should be created and connector should be visible between the workload and the bindable service
