Description of problem:
Hi Julia,

Would you please help QE review the test plan of the virtio-serial? 
Only one new case was added
Please comment and finally provide signoff directly in Bugzilla.

PS: RHEL 8&9 uses the same plan and uses the sub-bz
If the developer wants to ack unchanged, historical test cases, QE can share the whole test plan.
