Solving this on 4.10 will require a different solution than the one used on 4.11. However, as raised by Debarati, this would help in QE's pipeline and so we are considering fixing it in 4.10.

Curious whether the nice bot moves the BZ to MODIFIED seeing that needed patch was merged D/S. Moving back to POST.
