Description Dwight (Bud) Brown 2022-05-17 16:22:58 UTC
Description of problem:
Running 0.11.3-2.el8 was working ok, upgraded to 0.13.0-0.el8_5 and all getattachment commands now fail:
Downloading sosreport-archslbkpms010-03199437-2022-04-18-jawequb.tar.xz ...
Unable to get attachment

no traceback, just the failure. You can download single one-at-a-time files, but I literally deal with 10s to 100s of cases a day and having to separate out uuid and then perform a one-at-a-time download by uuid is completely unacceptable. It makes the whole process of support for me broken due to these inefficiencies.

This is a critical bug.
