oc adm inspect does not collect egressqoses

Server Version: 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-05-18-010528

$ oc get egressqoses

$ oc adm inspect namespace/default

Expected results:
egressqoses.yaml to be collected as well

Verified on 4.12.0-ec.4

1. Create ns test1
2. Create egressqos
3. oc adm inspect ns/test1
