Reproduced on: openvswitch-selinux-extra-policy-1.0-34.el9fdp.noarch openvswitch2.17-2.17.0-125.el9fdp.x86_64 ovn23.03-23.03.0-4.el9fdp.x86_64 ovn23.03-central-23.03.0-4.el9fdp.x86_64 ovn23.03-host-23.03.0-4.el9fdp.x86_64 Verified on: openvswitch-selinux-extra-policy-1.0-34.el9fdp.noarch openvswitch2.17-2.17.0-125.el9fdp.x86_64 ovn23.09-23.09.0-87.el9fdp.x86_64 ovn23.09-host-23.09.0-87.el9fdp.x86_64 ovn23.09-central-23.09.0-87.el9fdp.x86_64 With the use of GARP timeout setting e.g. external_ids:garp-max-timeout-sec=10, on the non-fixed version, only a max of 4 GARP packets can be seen at the external interfaces on both the HVs. However, with the fixed version, we can observe GARP packets after every 10 seconds on both the external interfaces on both HVs. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
