With the use of GARP timeout setting e.g. external_ids:garp-max-timeout-sec=10, on the non-fixed version, only a max of 4 GARP packets can be seen at the external interfaces on both the HVs. However, with the fixed version, we can observe GARP packets after every 10 seconds on both the external interfaces on both HVs.
