Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

When ocs-metrics-exporter is deployed before a CephCluster is created,
it fails to get credentials to collect RBD mirror data. As a result,
rbd mirror metrics is missing from the exporter.

Yes, restart the ocs-metrics-exporter pod after CephCluster is created.
