Patch to correct the reported error

Description of problem:
Processing a LaTeX file that uses the newlfm package produces the error:

But the fancyhdr program is 4.0.1, which is almost current and certainly later than 1.99d.

The latest version of fancyhdr (4.1, 2022-11-09) fixes this problem. Please update.
