Describe the issue: 
ODF Regional DR documentation does not explicitly state what VolumeModes and what AccessModes it supports, given that it doesn't support all combinations.

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
Given that ODF Regional DR in 4.9 and 4.10 only supports RWO AccessMode, some users incorrectly conclude that it does not support FileSystem VolumeMode. With informative documentation, I hope to remove any confusions that surround the two modes. Most importantly, I want the document to clarify that RWO AccessMode indeed supports FileSystem VolumeMode.

Suggestions for improvement: Please include a support matrix of supported VolumeModes and AccessModes in the documentation.
