What happened?
Nutanix IPI install inside a container(e.g a container Jenkins agent) failed with following error:
./openshift-install create cluster --dir cluster --log-level debug
...

FATAL failed to fetch Terraform Variables: failed to generate asset "Terraform Variables": failed to get nutanix Terraform variables: failed to create bootstrap ignition iso: failed to create file: open /root/.cache/openshift-installer/image_cache/sgao-tm4k4-bootstrap-ign.iso: no such file or directory: open /root/.cache/openshift-installer/image_cache/sgao-tm4k4-bootstrap-ign.iso: no such file or directory
