JFYI there will be a new release 2.3.0 soon and from the testing in Fedora, it seems to be backward compatible, see https://github.com/rthalley/dnspython/issues/851 But it is probably too fresh for C9S. Version 2.3 will not make into C9S this time. I'm working on rebasing for 2.2.1 in the next days, and will rebase to 9.3 is the "no so distant" future. version: python3-dns-2.2.1-2.el9.noarch Automated test passed. Hence marking the bug as verified. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. For information on the advisory (python-dns bug fix and enhancement update), and where to find the updated files, follow the link below.
