Description of problem:
libbluray fails to build from source with current fc36.

libbluray-1.3.1-1.fc36

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Checkout f36 branch
2. fedpkg mockbuild


Actual results:
Build failure.

Expected results:
Function.

Additional info:
I encountered this breakdown, when trying to investigate what I presume to be a bug in libbluray. This FTBS prevents me from further investigating.
