Description of problem:
ethtool feature highdma is not supproted in nmstate python, it works well in nmstate rust.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nmstate-1.3.0-0.alpha.20220505.el8

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
Apply any state contains ethtool.feature.highdma=true

Actual results:
libnmstate.error.NmstateValueError: The feature highdma is not supported

Expected results:
No error

Additional info:
This works well on RHEL 8.6 even via the python version
