Cause: Attempt to use OCP IPI deployment with machines using multipath active/passive
Consequence: Failure during inspection when trying to clean passive paths.
Fix: Fixes failures with handling of Multipath IO devices where Active/Passive storage arrays are in use. Previously, "standby" paths could result in IO errors causing cleaning to terminate.
Result: It's now possible to use OCP IPI when customer wants to use multipath active/passive in their setup
