1) In the OCS Dashboard, Tab buttons look different from rest of the console.
2) Block Pool Create page is not working.

Using the same bug to fix more issues found by the development team.
1) CSS issues in OB/C page. The secret viewers were being displayed wrong.

1) Dashboard crashing after 5 to 10 secs.

Verified with following configuration

oc get csv odf-operator.v4.11.0 -o yaml -n openshift-storage| grep full_version
    full_version: 4.11.0-110
          f:full_version: {}


oc get clusterversion
NAME      VERSION                              AVAILABLE   PROGRESSING   SINCE   STATUS
version   4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-07-06-062815   True        False         12d     Cluster version is 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-07-06-062815


Create block pool page is working and in OCS Dashboard, Tab buttons look same as rest of the console.
