What happened?

When used on a cluster with overlay networks, the installer panics

What did you expect to happen?

Installer should not panic and handle the case gracefully

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

A Nutanix cluster with an overlay network causes installer to panic

sishukla Since QE have not Nutanix cluster with overlay networks, could you please help to verify this bug? Thanks a lot.

After confirmed with Dev, the bugfix was to ensure that the installer does not crash if there is an overlay subnet, we have verified that the change works and installer no longer crashes if there is an overlay subnet in the prism element, so marked as VERIFIED, thanks.
