Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy RDR cluster 
2.Run workload
3.check ceph osd blocklist ls


Actual results:

$ ceph osd blocklist ls
10.132.2.133:0/3885212288 2022-05-24T12:35:34.664660+0000
listed 1 entries


Expected results:
rbd mirror pod IP should not be blocklisted

Not reproducible, suspected to be a network issue. Reducing the severity
