Top consumers

Description of problem: the "Top consumers" card on Virtualization overview page resets its controls to default values if page is reloaded

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Virtualization Overview page
2. Change the metrics and/or other controls
3. Go to other page
4. Return to Virtualization Overview page

Actual results:
The controls are set to default values

Expected results:
The controls stay as user set them
