Trend charts

Description of problem: Trend charts at the bottom of Utilization card should have  links to the corresponding metrics, as in Overview page

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open single VM overview page

Actual results: trend charts are not clickable


Expected results: clicking on trends chart should take user to the Observe Metrics  page and show relevant metric
