.A new library `libnvme` is now available
With this update, nvme-cli is divided in two different projects:
* `nvme-cli` now only contains the code specific to the `nvme` tool
* `libnvme` library now contains all type definitions for NVMe specification structures, enumerations, bit fields, helper functions to construct, dispatch, decode commands and payloads, and utilities to connect, scan, and manage NVMe devices.
