In ODF 4.11, ramen added a new resource to the system named DRCluster

This is a cluster scoped resource and has to be gathered for any troubleshooting purposes in the future.

This would be along the same line as: https://github.com/stolostron/must-gather/blob/64248ca1df7984e632105a9feecee836d1fd1762/collection-scripts/gather#L42-L48
