Verified that this issue doesn't exist on 4.12 because we using the latest PF version there already. This issue was reported in PatternFly as https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly/issues/4871 and was fixed in https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly/pull/4892 At the moment this problem exists only in 4.11 because we use an affected version there. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2109052 will address the issue on 4.11. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. Click on Action dropdown and hover on Add to application. 3. Won't able to see the Add to application options.
