vm is stopped while add ssh key

Description of problem:
VM is not started if adding "Authorized SSH Key" during vm creation.
It also cause the username is not set in console tab and ssh command(bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2091897)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a vm via customize mode
2. add a ssh key in scripts tab
3. don't uncheck the start on creation button

Actual results:
vm is not running

Expected results:
vm is running

same behavior if adding a sysprep file to a windows VM
