Description of problem:
Publishing a version of a CV with an errata date exclusion filter results in packages that belong to erratas that should be excluded being added to the published version.

6.9.4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a CV with RHEL 8 baseos and appstream repositories
2. Create an errata exclude filter with date 2021-12-30
3. Publish a version of the CV

Actual results:
The following packages are present in the published version:

> motif-devel-2.3.4-17.el8_4.i686.rpm

Additional info:
I can reproduce motif packages on 6.9.9 and 6.10, but I can't reproduce prometheus-jmx-exporter-openjdk11 on said versions.

Spoke to Julio and this issue was resolved and accepted by customer with this BZ: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2093409. Will go ahead and close this one out as duplicate.
