Description of problem:

Error messages on the logs:

When does the behavior occur? Frequency? Repeatedly? At certain times?

started when we applied the hotfix from #03211588


I found a bug fix that match with this same error message:

Is it possible to backport this to OSP 16.2 ?

Verified with python3-oslo-cache-1.37.1-2.20220910114730.3e30378.el8ost.noarch:
[root@controller-0 ~]# grep -ri /var/log/containers -e "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'etcd3gw"
[root@controller-0 ~]#
