Describe the issue:
 Modify the entire chapter "10.7.2. Using gwcli to add more iSCSI gateways" from block device guide as the current steps are not valid for RHCS 5.

@Ranjini, We can also add more gateways using ceph orch apply command. Can we add that methid also as we see only yaml way of deploying in the documentation.
Also, We support 2 or 4 gateways with example provided user might think 3 gateways can be created and supported. Lets modify the example or add a NOTE supporting and recommendation to use 2 or 4 gateways.
