Additional info:
we do run now with the newest ovs2.17 on main (since June 2) so let's check if there are more fails there.

Need to check what causes the testX to be connected externally here.
Perhaps the networking on/off command.

No failure in both 700 manual runs and all automatic runs in CI, so I am considering the issue as fixed.
