Description Christoph Jerolimov 2022-06-04 15:18:19 UTC
Description of problem:
When a user imports a Devfile from the Devfile catalog or the samples, the "Import from Devfile" page should show a limited list of options.

But in 4.11 it shows all options, incl. the option to switch the resource type (D/DC), add a pipeline, and all advanced options.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.11

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Add page > All services
2. Select Devfiles as type
3. Select the "Basic Node.js" example and press Create

Actual results:
All import options are shown

Expected results:
Only General (app name and name) options should be available

Additional info:
The issue is related to the query param importType=devfile, it works with importType=Devfile

This is a regression, so we should check double check if the change introducing this might break some other things. We should add some tests for this. :)
