Describe the issue:
[CephFS] Supported Permissions for ceph  fs authorize command

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
Can we add supported values for PERMISSIONS in 
ceph fs authorize FILE_SYSTEM_NAME CLIENT_NAME DIRECTORY PERMISSIONS

Suggestions for improvement: It will be helpful if we add the details of values for PERMISSIONS and their functionality

Hi Akash Raj,

Looks good to me.I think this should be sufficient

The supported values for PERMISSIONS are r (read) and rw (read/write).
