Description of problem:

The Cflags: and Libs: contained in
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/lingfiplus.pc
are invalid. The contain references to libtool archives (*.la), to
$(top_builddir) and $(top_srcdir).

The .pc file is not needed and is removed in FC6.
