Description of problem:
The topology shows a long action menu for Deployments, for example when right click a Deployment in topology graph, or in the topology list or in the Deployment list.

When the Service Binding operator is installed the last option is "Create Service Binding" but that's confusing because normally the last option is "Delete Deployment"

How reproducible:
Always (with installed Service Binding operator)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Service Binding operator
2. Import a container
3. Open the topology and right-click the Deployment or search for Deployments and open the action menu

Actual results:
"Create Service Binding" is the last option in that dropdown

Expected results:
"Create Service Binding" should not be the last option, it should be at least in the middle
