Description of problem:
Please provide "golang-github-chzyer-test" package in EPEL9.

Bug has been opened against rawhide, since there were no "golang-github-chzyer-test" packages in EPEL earlier.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle.
Changing version to 37.

This message is a reminder that Fedora Linux 37 is nearing its end of life.
Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora Linux 37 on 2023-12-05.

It would be good to have it provided if there are no much efforts.
It's a dependency for reposurgeon. There are other package provision blockers, though.

The `golang-github-chzyer-test` package is already present in epel10.
