Description of problem: On Environment tab of VM creation flow no secret or configmap can be added for windows templates. Error message is displayed.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start VM creation flow, click "Review and create" button
2. Go to "Environment" tab, click "Add Config Map, Secret or Service Account" link
3. Select Config Map or Secret and click Save button

Actual results: error message is displayed


Expected results: resource is added to VM


Additional info: works on RHEL/CentOS/Fedora
