Describe the issue: 

In the following BZ, the engineering team commented that multipath cannot be used in environments upgraded from 4.6 or earlier.

Bug 2091467 - Does bare-metal support multi-path configuration of the boot area?

>We do not support turning on multipath day-2 on nodes that have been upgraded from 4.6 or earlier. 

However, the documentation says the following in the prerequisites, which is incorrect.

Prerequisites
You have a running OpenShift Container Platform cluster that uses version 4.7 or later.

You are logged in to the cluster as a user with administrative privileges.
```

Suggestions for improvement: 
It should state that environments upgraded from 4.6 or earlier are not supported and the machine must be rebuilt.

Does this PR meet your expectations? The multipathing as a day-2 activity module in 4.7 is different than the module in 4.8+. When we settle on the wording here, I can add the note to the 4.8+ docs in a separate PR. I am assuming we need the note in 4.8+ also.

I think all versions 4.8+ are better. I believe there are many cases of repeated use of upgrades from older versions.
