Description of problem:
missing platform-python dependency in rhel9.1

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
virt-v2v-2.0.6-1.el9.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check the dependency of virt-v2v.
# rpm -qR virt-v2v | grep python
nbdkit-python-plugin

Actual results:
Not found platform-python dependency.

This is a regression of bug 2046178, introduced by this commit:

Verify the bug with virt-v2v-2.0.6-2.el9.x86_64.

# rpm -q virt-v2v
virt-v2v-2.0.6-2.el9.x86_64
# rpm -qR virt-v2v | grep platform-python
platform-python
