Description of problem:

podman-compose in EPEL8 is outdated

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

podman-compose-0.1.7-2.git20201120

How reproducible:

Install podman-compose from EPEL8

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:

Many new features are still missing

Expected results:

The same version as the one available in EPEL9, 1.0.3-3

python-dotenv is missing in EPEL8 as well, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2060046

FTR, on RHEL 8.6 podman is now at version 4.0.2, so there is no limitation on podman side to stay with the old podman-compose version.

If there's a BZ for adding python-dotenv to EPEL-8, please have it block this bug.

Now it seems too late, with RHEL8.6 podman-compose from EPEL8 is not usable anymore.
