Description of problem:
Currently anything higher gets over-ridden by the hard coded internal limit. Need a way to test without rebuilding the image

Discussed with Jun and we will remove the hard cap of 100 altogether

@sskeard could you please confirm results in scale lab? 

Functional regression passed on my side with latest 4.10 TALM.

Also verified in scale lab with batch size 500 for the dayN config change test.
